Injector Orifice Plate 23# Working Principle
The orifice plate 23# Controls injector’s oil hole and controls the passing oil flow. If the orifice plate 23# is damaged, it may cause problems as:
- (1) Blocksoil return hole, causes the oil return amount decreasing and injector not injecting.
- (2) The oil return hole becomes larger, causinghemispherical ball not sealing tight, and injector cannot form injection pressure. The injector can not work normally.
- (3) Wearing planeof orifice platecauses hemispherical steel ball not sealing well and increasing oil return amount. In severe cases, injector cannot form pressure and nozzle sprays directly.
Oil inlet hole is blocked and will cause the oil return amount small and injector not injecting.
